Annual Meeting

Don't forget that the annual English Hill Homeowners Association meeting is Tuesday, March 9th at 7:30pm in the Sunrise Elementary library. We need a quorum of at least 10% of the homeowners to attend or submit their proxy or the meeting will have to be rescheduled. If you cannot attend, please be sure to give your proxy to a friend or board member so the meeting can go as planned. The agenda for the meeting is available at 2010 Annual Meeting Agenda.

Association Dues

Don't forget that your 2010 homeowner's association dues are due. The dues for 2010 are $141.57 per household and payment must be postmarked by January 31st, 2010. After January 31st, a 10% late fee will be assessed, which will raise your total due to $155.73. Make your checks payable to EHHA and mail to:
