ACC Project Approval

The Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs) require that an owner must obtain prior written approval of the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) for ANY exterior alteration or addition to property within our Association. To comply with the CC&Rs, please complete this form and forward a detailed drawing or blueprint of the proposed alteration to the ACC. The homeowner, not the ACC, is responsible to ensure the project complies with King County codes and regulations. If you have any questions, please contact the ACC.

Homeowners are advised to review the ACC Regulations and Guidelines and the CC&Rs before submitting the project approval form. The General Protective Covenants which apply to Hampshire, Amberly, and Coventry are on viewer pages 6 through 12. For the Sheffield CC&Rs, see viewer pages 41 through 48.
